I looked at it 4 times. I don't see anything. Unless they are referring to the distortion of pixels? The distortion of pixels is happening all over that video. That's a terrible camera. in my opinion.
It appeared to come out of the garage, walk to the street then through the lot next door. I don't know how much the cloaking suits cost, but they wouldn't be available to the general public. These old eyes of mine could not tell where it was coming out of, was it a garage? Then it looked to me that it went next door to the neighbors, is that correct?
You wouldn't happen to know how much a cloaking suit would cost, would you?
Yeah, it does seem rather strange for it to be holding a flashlight and even stranger for it to take the long way to where it was going when it could have just cut across if it was a ghost? Then again, ghosts do seem to be creatures of habit.
Ghost Ship Spotted in New Zealand
A beachgoer in New Zealand was left scratching her head when she spotted what appeared to be a ghost ship floating over the water. The wondrous scene was reportedly noticed by Monika Schaffner while visiting the community of Mount Maunganui last week. "It was like seeing something unreal," she marveled at the mesmerizing sight of a ship seemingly hovering in the air, "I thought my eyes were playing a trick on me." Schaffner was so flabbergasted by the inexplicable flying object that she pulled over to the side of the road to captured it on film.
While a ship floating over water would undoubtedly be a fantastic event, her initial reaction was, in fact, correct as Schaffter witnessed a phenomenon known as Fata Morgana. The natural optical illusion occurs when layers of warm air and cold air interact and cause a distorted reflection to observers watching from a distance. As was the case with Schaffter's 'ghost ship,' spooky effect has been the source of several similar strange sightings, usually of the 'ghost city' variety, that have made the news over the years.

That clock at about 21 minutes is strange because the second hand isn't moving fast like the minute and hour hands, I always thought that all three were dependent upon one another internally in clocks and geared with each other physically, so if one hand moved fast they all did...

Good postGhostly face seen in tower window at St Joseph’s Orphanage

A snap of an abandoned orphanage in Preston city centre appears to show a child’s face at a window.
Leonie Thomas was out walking with her son during Sunday (May 24) in Avenham Park when they decided to carry on to the former St Joseph’s Orphanage.
The site is fenced off, ahead of a major redevelopment scheme, but Leonie, from Pewnortham, said she had been reading up on the history of the building and wanted to get a few pictures.
The 33-year-old told Blog Preston: “We didn’t notice anything while we were out walking.
“It was only when I got back home and posted the pictures onto Facebook that one of my friends commented and said ‘what the f*** is that?’.
“I zoomed in and saw what could be a face in the window.
“Don’t get me wrong it could be a pigeon but I don’t recall seeing a pigeon when we were looking.”

Here's a simple ghost question for everybody. It's well known that ghosts can pass through walls. A possible explanation is that subtle matter can interpenetrate gross matter. But what keeps them from falling through the floor, or sinking into the ground? Are they also levitating themselves?
